Apps to help you keep your resolutions_Jan2021

It felt like most of us spent 2020 just trying to get through the year. Well, we made it and now we are ready to make the most of 2021! Below are a few apps to help you tackle those New Year’s resolutions.

Be More Efficient with Your Money with Qapital:
Qapital connects to users’ bank accounts and lets them save, set goals, get investment advice and even uses IFTTT (if this then that) rules to automate actions to make it easier to save.

Eat Healthier with FoodPrint from Nutrino:
This app suggests what foods to eat based on your personal preferences or dietary restrictions, plans your meals based on your goals, and allows users to log their food, exercise, and other information so that the app can learn more about you and provide better recommendations.

Worry Less and Build Emotional Intelligence with Worry Watch:
Worry Watch builds off of standard Behavioral Cognitive philosophy by allowing users to record their worries throughout the day, and then providing a place to reflect on those worries to apply a calmer logic. Eventually the goal is to be able to apply the calmer logic in the moment so you don’t have to carry around extra anxiety and are able to focus on the important moments. (only available for iOS)

Read More with SCRIBD:
With unlimited access to ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines/newspapers you should always be able to find something interesting to read— and a subscription is just $9.99 per month. You can check out their library of reading materials before you sign up and there is a 30 day free trial.

Travel and Experience More with Headout:
If you’re ready to hop on a plane or take off on a road trip, you’ll want to download Headout and start planning your trip. This app allows users to find exciting activities in different cities across the world so you can plan a fun filled vacation without leaving your couch!

Feel Better with Truehira’s Office Yoga:
This app is fairly self-explanatory but if you ever are stiff after a day in the office (or your home office), Office Yoga provides users with simple poses that can be done right from your desk. There is a free version with fewer poses as well as a premium upgrade that provides more resources.

Break Bad Habits and Build Good Ones with Way of Life:
If your New Year’s resolution is more specific, Way of Life is for you. Users input the habits they want to break as well as those good habits they want to build. The app will then provide notifications to help users stay on track. Over time users can assess their progress and begin to understand what is at the root of their bad habits

After the year we’ve all had, we don’t have to tell you how important it is to have a fast and reliable internet connection. If your home or business network is making it difficult to keep your resolution to be calmer in 2021, ImOn can help you find the internet package that is right for you and your family.
