There always seems to be something that needs to be made or baked this time of year. But with everything that needs to get done during the holiday season, getting the cookies baked and the Christmas dinner ready can become a big stressor. To help reduce the stress, ImOn has compiled a list of helpful recipe websites, helpful tips, and some of our employees’ favorite recipes to help you stress less and connect more!
When preparing your holiday dinner, organization is the key. Plan your menu in advance so you can buy everything you need. And don’t wait until the weekend before the holiday to do your shopping. Aside from fresh vegetables and spices, most items can be bought a couple of weeks before.
Another time saving tip is to try and prepare as many dishes and desserts as you can the day before. Better yet, ask your guests to help with the meal preparations and assign them a side dish or dessert to bring. This will help to shorten your “to do” list and eliminate some of the stress on Christmas Day.
